Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critical. We built MyADHD to be a prosthetic memory, not a data vacuum. This policy outlines the very minimal data we collect and why.

1. Data Collection

Account Info: When you register, we collect your email address and a password hash. This allows you to sync your tasks between devices.

Task & Schedule Data: We store the tasks, classes, and energy levels you input into the app so you can access them from anywhere. This data is stored securely in our database.

2. Usage

We do not sell your data. We do not look at your data. We use it solely to:

• Allow you to log in.
• Sync your state across devices.
• Send you the push notifications you explicitly request.

3. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app (Settings > Profile > Delete Account). This action is immediate and irreversible.
